Bryce Smith

Bryce Smith, Chief Executive Officer

Bryce leads OneEnergy Renewables' planning, financing, marketing, and investor-relations efforts. A finance and business development professional with ten years experience evaluating renewable energy industry trends, technologies, and projects, Bryce has demonstrated success designing and leading new ventures. Previously, as Director of Bonneville Environmental Foundation's (BEF) Project Management Group, Bryce oversaw the foundation's nationwide investment in small-scale renewable energy projects, and developed more than 160 projects in 16 states. Under his direction, the program earned the 2009 Innovation Award from the Interstate Renewable Energy Council and the 2009 Best Green Power Education Outreach Program awarded by U.S. Department of Energy, EPA, and the Center for Resource Solutions.

Bill Eddie

Bill Eddie, President

Bill leads OneEnergy Renewables' REC and offset trading operations, and develops renewable energy projects for investment. Previously, as Director of Origination and Procurement at BEF, Bill was responsible for wholesale trading and project origination, and led investments in landfill gas and dairy digester projects. Earlier in his career, Bill practiced environmental and energy law in the Northwest, handling utility ratemaking, renewable energy, water rights, and air and water quality matters. He received the NW Energy Coalition's Headwaters Award in 2004 "in recognition of leadership for a clean and affordable energy future."

Bill is a frequent presenter on energy and carbon market topics, including most recently: Voluntary Carbon Markets New York (2008); Duke University Environmental Markets Symposium (2009); The Business of Renewable Energy (2009); Waterpower XVI (2009); Climate Change: Positioning Your Business (2009); and Future Energy Conference (2010).

Terri Fujinaga

Terri Fujinaga, Vice President of Finance

Terri leads OneEnergy Renewables' financial operations, managing the Company's accounting, cash management, project cost analysis, and financial planning. Terri began her career in public accounting in the Seattle office of Ernst and Young. She has worked at a number of start-up ventures including McCaw Cellular Corporation and Heartstream, Inc., a company she helped take public. She has worked for the last 12 years as a financial consultant advising young companies on financial infrastructure, internal processes and controls, banking, budgeting, reporting, and incorporating financial discipline into their decision-making processes.

Travis Bryan

Travis Bryan, Vice President of Operations

Travis leads OneEnergy Renewables' strategic planning and corporate operations with a focus on project development, finance, and general business management. He brings extensive experience in alternative asset management, business development, communications and operations. Travis previously led a global team responsible for capital markets research, content management, reporting, marketing, compliance and client service at BlackRock Alternative Advisors. He joined BlackRock in 2007, following its acquisition of Quellos Group's multi-billion dollar fund of hedge funds, private equity and real assets platform. At Quellos, Travis specialized in quantitative analysis, developed systems and strategies to expand global institutional sales, co-founded an office in London, managed significant client relationships and produced numerous white papers and reports related to alternative investments, risk and portfolio management. He holds an MA in Economics and Energy, Resources and Environment from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in International Relations from Brown University.

Scott Bixby

Scott Bixby, Senior Director of Marketing

Scott leads One Energy Renewables' marketing operations. He brings to the company his expertise in Segmentation and Targeting, Analytics, Direct Response Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management. His experience spans all phases of marketing, from planning and execution to tracking and measurement.  Prior to joining the OER Team, Scott helped shape prospect acquisition strategy for a Fortune 100 client, planned and executed integrated marketing strategies for The Princeton Review, and analyzed sales and marketing performance for Philips Healthcare. Scott graduated from the MBA Program at The University of Washington, where he served as the President of the Marketing Association.

Erin Schedler

Erin Schedler, Director of Business Development

Erin leads OneEnergy Renewables' business development operations. She began her career in advertising, working on brand management for Washington Mutual, Converse, and JiffyLube. Prior to joining OER, Erin worked as a broker for a global real estate firm, gaining extensive knowledge of business procurement, negotiations, social networking, blogging, and web analytics. She recently received her MBA from the University of Washington with an emphasis in marketing.

Chris Maxwell

Chris Maxwell, Marketing Manager

Chris helps manage OneEnergy Renewables' marketing and branding operations. Chris recently earned her MBA and MPA from the University of Washington with an emphasis in marketing and sustainability. At UW, Chris served as President of the graduate Net Impact chapter and gained experience in branding communications through her role as Admissions Ambassador Coordinator. Prior to graduate school, Chris worked as a development officer for a start-up non-profit media organization.

Shane Sobotka

Shane Sobotka, Manager, Project Development

Shane facilitates the site acquisition, permitting, and interconnection processes for OneEnergy Renewables' utility-scale power development projects. He brings to OER a background in project management, risk assessment, planning, and contract administration gained from three years as an owner's representative for school district facilities construction and planning projects. Shane is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C). While completing his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies, he worked with the University of Washington to develop a building policy consistent with the school's carbon footprint reduction commitments and was responsible for green building certification at the UW Capital Projects Office. Shane is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management and serves on the Program on the Environment's Alumni Board at the University of Washington.
