Two evening hearings for the purpose of receiving public comment on the Bluegrass Solar Application will be held in Maryland.  The first public hearing will be held on:

Any person wishing to provide written comment on the Application may do between now and June 19, 2019.  Written comments should be sent to Terry J. Romine, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 and must reference “Case No. 9496”.  Notice of the second evening public hearing will be published at a later time with the date, time, and location of that hearing.
