Ann is focused on advancing OneEnergy’s photovoltaic solar project pipeline in the Pacific Northwest as well as prospecting new development opportunities nationally. Shepherding projects through the development cycle to construction, Ann is involved in obtaining site control, permits, interconnection agreements and power purchase agreements for OneEnergy’s solar assets.
Ann has been committed to the renewable energy industry since 2007, originally foraying into the field with a focus on wind energy development across the West with EDP Renewables (f.k.a. Horizon Wind Energy). In 2012 she joined the team at EDF Renewable Energy, developing mid-sized solar projects in the Southwest and marketing the broader pipeline to energy customers and utilities. Her prior experience was in communications, managing public relations accounts at an agency for large corporate and non-profit clients.
Ann received a B.A. in History from the University of Montana. Ann sits on the board of directors of wilderness educational facility, Opal Creek Ancient Forest Center and performance theater non-profit, Many Hats Collaboration.
A nature lover, Ann is an avid hiker who spends every non-committed moment outside as a gadabout climbing hills on her bike or traversing trails in the rain. Born and raised in Minnesota, she loves watching hockey, has an insatiable sweet tooth and delights in reading about military history just as much as wilderness exploration.
