Nat is responsible for the integration and management of OneEnergy’s project development systems and tools.
Before joining OneEnergy, Nat devoted 11 years to the U.S. Forest Service in Wildland Fire Suppression and Fuels Management. While there, he was a wildfire firefighter and held senior leadership roles where he managed up to 100-person teams, including all related equipment and aircraft logistics. His expertise in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) allowed him to lead the creation and execution of burn plans and fire suppression operations, including the deployment of one of their first real-time data and analytics information to ground crew members. He brings his curiosity and passion for both technology and the planet with him to the renewable energy field. Before the Forest Service, Nat studied at the University of Idaho where he was the first in the country to graduate with a B.S. in Wildland Fire Ecology and Management.
Outside of the office, Nat enjoys spending time outdoors in and around his childhood home of Seattle.
